How can I request a customized chair?
To request a customized Storm chair, please configure the chair on the CREALATUASTORM page or at the following link .
How much does a customized chair cost?
The price varies depending on the type of customizations you want to make: covering materials, colors, logo printing and much more.
After receiving the form we will personally contact the customer, and where the requested customization is feasible we will send a rendering of the future customized chair.
How long does it take to ship my custom chair?
Shipping time varies depending on the customizations requested.
Customized chairs have priority in the production chain, but shipping is estimated at 10-20 working days.
Is it possible to make customizations not present in the configurator?
Certain! Send us a specific message in the form or write to us directly in chat. We will evaluate the actual feasibility of customization.
DEFECTS and RETURNS
If my product has a defect, what can I do?
If the product sent has a defect, please contact us: in this way we can evaluate the extent of the defect and implement the respective compensation procedures.
Can I make a return?
Yes, returns can be made from the time of purchase up to 14 days after receiving the product.
Returns are not available for gift cards.
How likely is it that a defective product will arrive?
Before being shipped, the chairs produced are checked for an entire day by industry experts who will carry out over 20 quality checks.
Since they are handcrafted products, microdefects may appear and are promptly fixed before shipping.
The possibility of receiving a defective product is minimal, but should this occur, Storm will be ready to replace the product as quickly as possible.
PACKAGING and ASSEMBLY
How much does the packaging weigh?
The packaging is reported weighing over 30 kg. During delivery, we recommend that at least two people carry the chair.
What parts of the chair need to be assembled?
The chair is shipped and packaged almost completely assembled. Simply pull the upper part (seat + backrest + armrests) and the hydraulic system with the base out of the box using the appropriate handles.
Assembling the chair will only consist of inserting the system into the lower part of the seat, and the chair will be assembled in one simple step.
WARRANTY
How many years of warranty do I have for a STORM product?
Storm chairs and armchairs are covered by a minimum 2 year warranty.

What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers functional defects of the products reported within 3 (three) years of delivery.
How do I activate the guarantee?
The warranty does not require manual activation, except for owners of the Storm VIP Card for the 3-year warranty extension, in the chat or in the form at the bottom of the page.
It comes into use automatically upon receipt of the product.
We remind you that only Storm chairs and armchairs are covered by the guarantee.
REFURBISHING & USED EVALUATION
What does it mean to recondition a Storm?
The reconditioning of Storm requested by a customer develops in different phases:
Repair and Replacement : Once the evaluation is completed, damaged or worn parts are repaired or replaced. This may include welding metal parts, replacing cushions, regenerating leather or fabric upholstery, or replacing adjustment mechanisms.
Cleaning and Sanitization : The chair is carefully cleaned and sanitized to ensure that it is safe and germ-free. This step is especially important for used chairs.
Aesthetic Reconditioning : The chair is aesthetically reconditioned to make it aesthetically attractive. This may include repairing any scratches, stains, or deep cleaning the upholstery.
Possible implementation of mechanisms : If the customer wishes to implement a new mechanism present in a new Storm model, where compatibility is declared, at the customer's discretion the technicians will implement the mechanism requested by the customer.
Quality Control : Each refurbished chair undergoes a rigorous quality control to ensure that it works perfectly and offers an excellent level of comfort.
How do you evaluate used Storm vehicles?
- The customer requests an evaluation of the used vehicle: at this stage our technicians will ask for more information on the state of the Storm, with photos and videos attached.
- The technicians send the customer the monetary evaluation : it is a provisional evaluation and will be verified when your Storm is evaluated on site by specialized technicians. The customer can freely accept or reject the evaluation. In case there is a positive result...
- We collect the Storm free of charge at the address provided by the customer.
- Detailed Evaluation : Once arrived at the office, the complete evaluation of the used gaming chair begins. Every aspect is examined, including the frame, upholstery, adjustment mechanisms, cushion and wheels. This step is essential to determine the refund in the form of a discount voucher that can be used by the customer on the site (also transferable to third parties, at the customer's discretion).
- Sending the evaluation of the used chair to the customer after the technical checks: the customer has the free choice to accept the evaluation or have the chair returned to his address (shipping payment to be paid by the customer). In case of positive feedback...
- Refund in Gift Voucher available on the site
EXAMPLE:
Alessio buys a Storm Essential Black for €599.
After three years Alessio wants to change Storm because he is interested in a new model of Storm armchair, with new mechanisms, adjustments and fabrics, and requests the evaluation of the used one.
Your chair in excellent condition is revalued by the technicians at €330.
Alessio accepts the offer, receives the discount voucher, and Alessio will purchase the new €620 Storm model for €290.
What are the requirements to access the reconditioning or evaluation of your used Storm?
- Have owned a Storm for at least 1 year.
- Be in possession of the Storm VIP Card.
SHIPPING
How long does it take to receive a product after making payment?
The waiting time varies based on the product purchased.
A chair in the catalog requires 7 days of craftsmanship and 1 full day of testing before being shipped.
For customized Storms the time is longer, based on the customizations requested.
We can estimate a range of 10-20 days from the time of purchase to receive a Storm.
How can I track the shipment?
It is possible to monitor the shipment by logging in to your personal Storm profile.
