Regarding the products purchased, the customer has:

  • LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY FOR THE CONSUMER: in the case of customers and consumers, the products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Title III, Chapter I, art. 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
  • CONVENTIONAL WARRANTY: Storm guarantees the customer that the products are suitable for the use for which they are normally intended and that the products or services will be guaranteed for non-conformity and defects in material or workmanship. It does not guarantee the compliance of the products or services with particular specifications or technical characteristics or their suitability for particular uses or performances. Any non-conformities, defects or vices must be reported within 7 days of delivery , under penalty of forfeiture. Any non-conformities, defects or hidden defects that cannot be ascertained upon delivery.

Returns of products not authorized in writing by Storm will not be accepted.
Provided that the non-conformities and/or defects of the products/services are recognized by Storm, the guarantee only includes :

  • for defects in the products or services reported within 3 (three) years of delivery, the elimination of the discrepancies or defects recognized by the Erregroup seller within the technical times normally required, including transport and labor costs;

Once the terms have expired, any conventional warranty by Storm for non-conformity, faults and/or defects of the products/services is excluded.

Storm reserves the right to replace defective products or components with subsequent corresponding models. In the case of repair or replacement of a product or one of its components, a new warranty period will not apply.

However, the operation of the conventional guarantee and any related liability of the Seller is excluded in the following hypotheses:

  1. non-conformities or defects deriving from assembly, assembly and assembly activities carried out by the Customer;
  2. normal degradation and wear of products and components subject to wear;
  3. any defect or lack of quality due to or influenced by incorrect storage, installation, or use or non-compliance with the User Manuals or applicable technical and safety standards or instructions for use of the Product;
  4. any type of modification of the product or part of it by the Customer and/or third parties not specifically authorized in writing by Storm;
  5. failure to carry out periodic checks, maintenance, repairs or replacement of parts subject to wear and tear;
  6. abuse or improper use, including, by way of example and not limited to, overloading, jumping, excessive stress and/or any other use of the product for purposes other than normal ones or those foreseen in the User Manuals or in the use and maintenance instructions provided by Storm;
  7. use of the product with accessories or replacement parts not approved by Storm in writing.
